Before you call
What affects the price?
What needs to be opened, the condition of the mechanism, the method required and any parts needed. The locksmith checks these on site before explaining the next step.
What can change the arrival time?
The sector, traffic, availability and the job in progress can change the timing. An estimate suited to your situation is given during the call.
What should I have ready for a house lockout?
Have the address, the type of door and lock, and a description of what happened ready. Tell us whether the keys are inside, and include useful details about the building entrance or floor.
Why might I be asked for proof of access?
Before opening a home, a room, a vehicle or a safe, the locksmith may verify that you are authorized to access it.
Does the lock always have to be replaced?
No. The locksmith first checks the door, the alignment and the mechanism, then explains whether an opening, a repair or a replacement is the right fit.
Are all services emergencies?
Door and vehicle openings are handled as emergency callouts. Installations, rekeying, complex repairs and commercial work are scheduled according to the hardware required.
